Artist Statement
I have had a lifelong love of art and design, though my career ranged through neuroscience, medicine, and teaching. I am particularly passionate about environmental sustainability in healthcare.
I enjoy painting in various media including pastel, oil, and acrylic. More recently, I have begun to explore monotypes. My focus is on the puzzle of shape and composition where ever I might find that challenge-- be it a figure, object, landscape or none of the above!
